摘要
文化在一定程度上讲就是人化。高职院校作为社会的育人阵地,传播人类文明的重要载体,注重其自身的文化建设是历史所赋予的责任。高职院校由于历史短暂,缺乏必要的文化积淀,积极探索自身的办学模式,追求自身的办学特色,构建自身的办学理念,闯出一条自身的文化管理模式,是学校的核心竞争力所在。把握校园文化的真正内涵,找准校园文化建设的切入点,不仅能使校园文化建设取得事半功倍的效果,而且能使高职院校永远充满着生机与活力。
