摘要
目的:观察姜黄素对体外培养的人瘢痕疙瘩成纤维细胞增殖及胶原合成的作用,以寻找治疗人瘢痕疙瘩的有效药物。方法:体外培养人瘢痕疙瘩成纤维细胞,分别应用MTT比色法和羟脯氨酸比色法检测姜黄素作用后细胞增殖及胶原合成的变化。结果:和对照组相比,姜黄素能够显著抑制瘢痕疙瘩成纤维细胞的增殖及胶原合成(P<0.01)。结论:姜黄素具有体外抗瘢痕疙瘩的作用,可能成为治疗瘢痕疙瘩的有效药物。
Objective To observe the effects of curcumin on the proliferation and collagen synthesis of the cultured keloid fibroblasts in vitro and seek the effective drug for human keloid. Methods The human keloid fibroblasts were cultured in vitro. The MTT test and hydroxyproline chromatometry were used to detect the effects of curcumin on the proliferation and collagen synthesis of the cultured keloid fibroblasts. Results When compared with the control groups, curcumin can markedly inhibit the proliferation and collagen synthesis of the cultured keloid fibroblasts (P〈0.01). Conclusion Curcumin has anti-keloid effects in vitro and may be an effective drug for human keloid.
