摘要
目的:总结自体脂肪颗粒移植矫正上睑凹陷的经验。方法:采用注射器法抽取自体脂肪颗粒,清洗、纯化后移植于上睑凹陷区。结果:本组共10例,8例一次注射充填后形态满意,2例有部分吸收,行二次注射。结论:自体脂肪颗粒移植矫正上睑凹陷,取得成功的关键在于合理的术前设计、正确采集脂肪颗粒和注射层次准确。
Objective To summarize the experience of correction of the upper eyelid excavation by fat granule autotransplantation. Methods fat granule was extracted with injector, purged and injected into the upper eyelid. Results in 10 cases, the fujected fat granule was obviously absorbed in 2 patients. The other patients satisfied with the results. Conclusion To attach successful auto-transplantation of fat granule,the key points to equitable designation before operation, the correct liposuction and good local treatment past operation are very important..
