摘要
经过对香港商业建筑的实地考察,结合商业建筑的设计体会,详细分析了香港商业建筑多元复合的深层原因和外显特点,将其要素剖解为城市元、建筑元、生态元三个主要部分,提倡学习其中的优秀思想和手法,同时亦提出反思,呼吁改变盲目追求高密度、高容积率和忽视城市原有特色的做法。
Through the survey to the current commercial buildings inHong Kong, theauthor analyzed the inner reasons and the outer features of multiple elements design, and the latter were divided into three parts such as urban elements, architectural elements and ecological elements. Finally, the author advocated learning the good ideas and methods among them, but threw doubt on the development oursuina hiah area ratio and neglecting local characteristics.
