摘要
本文在理论分析的基础上,结合锅炉实际情况,提出了简化的均匀送风管结构。并指出过去均风管在炉内配风应用中未成功的主要原因,是由于未考虑均风管流出气流的方向性。理论与实践证明,在均风管出流处装设整流板是保证配风均匀的关键。并提供了整流板的设计参数。
On the basis of theoretical analysis and in consideriton of boiler practices, a simple design of uniform blast ducts is proposed. The main reason why the application of uniform blast ducts in boiler air distribution have failed in the past lies in the negligence of the former flow directivity. Theory and practice have proven the installation of a rectifying plate in front of the uniform blast duct is the key to maintain uniform air distribution. Design parameters for the rectifying plate are presented.
