摘要
基于知识管理的环境管理信息化就是运用技术工具和程序处理来数字化存储环境保护中的知识和智慧,并通过网络使得整个环境管理领域的知识和经验得到传播、共享和访问。本文在分析环境管理信息化与知识管理密切关系的基础上,提出了基于知识管理的环境管理信息化在其发展的进程中所面临的问题,并对需要解决的问题提出了相应对策。
The informationalization of environmental management （IEM） based on knowledge management （KM） reters to storage the knowledge and intelligence in protecting environment of digit data through by technological tools and programming process and makes it can be disseminated, shared and visited the knowledge and experience of environmental management with internet. Based on the analyzing the close relationship between IEM and KM, the author has pointed out the problems in the processing of IEM under the KM and has put forward the ways to deal with a situation which the problems should be settled.
