摘要
从一个长期从事辅导员工作的业内人士的角度阐述了专职辅导员工作的基本内涵,分析了高校辅导员队伍建设的现状和问题,并对专职辅导员队伍的职业化、专业化、专家化建设提出了意见和建议。
This paper elaborates the fundamental work of a full-time college assistants. Oppinions and suggestionns are put forward as well, about the professionalism, specialism and expertization for full-time college assistants＇ modernization.
