摘要
目的探讨B超在出血性卵巢囊肿诊断中的价值。方法对经手术及病理证实的98例出血性卵巢囊肿患者进行回顾性分析。结果多数病例声像图特征为具有囊性表现,囊壁不光滑,囊内见细小光点,囊活动度差等。典型声像图结果符合率约73.3%,诊断结果符合率97.4%。结论在基层医院工作中B超是出血性卵巢囊肿诊断最有价值的检测项目之一。
Objective To appraise value of ultrasonographic in bleeding cyst of the ovary. Methods The method is to analyzing the 98 patients of blooding cyst of the ovary who was operated or pathologically confirmed in our hospital. Results Now I give you the list of the sound wave charts＇ characteristics of the most patients＇ ovary： The ovary shows cyst , the inner surface of vesica isn＇t smooth, tiny light spots spread in the ovary, the activity of the ovary is poor, etc. The coincidence rate of the tipical results of sound wave charts is about 73.3 percent. The dignose results＇ coincidence rate is 97.4 percent around. Conclusion The author consider that ultrasonographic characteristics is the most valuable measurement way in the diagnose of blooding cyst of the ovary in grass - roots hospitals.
