摘要
以ODA和ODPA为单体,NA为封端剂合成了不同相对分子质量和端基结构的LP-15增韧用聚酰亚胺齐聚物,对合成工艺参数进行了优化。得出在聚酰胺酸阶段的最佳反应时间为40 min,在化学环化阶段的最佳温度为80℃;对不同齐聚物的耐热性和热稳定性进行了分析,结果表明,齐聚物的玻璃化转变温度随其封端剂NA含量的增大而升高,随相对分子质量增大而降低;热稳定性随封端剂NA含量增大而降低,随相对分子质量增大而增加。
Different polyimide oligomers were synthesized with ODA/ODPA as monomer and NA as end capper. The optimum reaction time in the period of polyamic acid is 40 min,the optimum imidization- temperature is 80℃; DSC and TGA results show that Tg value of the oligomer increases with its NA content increasing, but decreases with its molecular weight increasing; the thermal stability decreases with its NA content increasing, but increases with its molecular weigh increasing.
