摘要
500 kV邵陵站是鄂豫联网的重要枢纽变电站,通信方式以光纤通信为主,担负着电网调度和光纤保护等作用,对确保电网安全运行意义重大。文章根据国家电网公司颁布的电网运行“十八项反措”对通信电源设备的要求,分析了邵陵通信站电源系统存在的安全隐患;并根据邵陵通信站通信设备的实际运行情况和技术要求,制定了详细周全的通信电源改造方案,介绍了电源改造的实际经验,对其他站点相关工作具有一定的参考价值。
The 500 kV Shaoling substation is an important junction substation which ensures the power interconnection between Hubei and Henan province. Optical fiber communication is the main communication means in this substation. This communication system undertakes the function of network dispatching and fiber-optical protection and has an important significance for making the electric network running safely. According to the requirements of State Grid Corporation of China for communication power supply equipments, this paper analyzes the potential safety hazard existed in the power supply system of Shaoling communication substation to make a detailed upgrading plan based on operation situation and technical requirements. The paper also introduces its experience during the upgrading project.
