摘要
综合概括了近十余年来国内外企业社会资本的研究现状,主要从企业社会资本的概念内涵、企业社会资本与企业竞争优势和经营绩效的关系、企业社会资本与企业技术创新的关系三方面入手。阐述了国内外学者近年关于企业社会资本的其他方面研究,并对企业社会资本理论进行了评价和发展趋势的分析。
The paper synthetically generalized rencent ten years national and abroad research of corporate social capital, which was mainly introduced from three aspects： corporate social capital＇s conception, the relation cor- porate social capital and working performance, the relation corporate social capital and technical innovation. The paper simply interpreted other aspect＇s of rencent research about corporate social capital in domestic and over- seas, then evaluated and analysed the theory of eorporate social caDital and its developmental trend.
