摘要
目的:建立用离子色谱测定石灰中F-含量的方法。方法:采用DX-120型离子色谱仪,IonPacAS14型分离柱,以1 mmol/L NaHCO3-3.5 mmol/L Na2CO3作淋洗液,流速为1.0 ml/min,对石灰中F-的含量进行测定。石灰样品用硫酸溶解,采用水蒸汽蒸馏法将F-以HF形式从样品中分离,用0.22μm微孔滤膜过滤后测定。结果:该方法的相关性好(r>0.999),相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.17%~3.14%,样品加标回收率为94.0%~103%,最低检出限为0.05 mg/L。结论:该方法操作简单、结果准确、灵敏度高,适用于石灰中F-含量的测定。
Objective: To establish a new method for quantitative detection of fluoride in lime by Ion Chromatography(IC), Method: IC was carried on the DX- 120 with IonPacAS14 anion separation column using a mixed solution of lmmol/L NaI-ICO3 and 3.5mmol/L Na2CO3. The sample filtered with 0.22 um filter membrane was performed at a flow rate of 1,0 ml/min. Fluoride was extracted from lime dissolved in H2SO4 solution by Water Vapour Distillation. Result: The correlation coefficient was more than 0,999 and relative standard deviation was from 2.17 % to 3.14 %. The rates of recovery were 94.0 % - 103 % and detection limit was 0.05mg/L, Conclusion: The method was proved to be high sensitive, accurate, simple and suitable for quick determination of fluoride in lime.
