摘要
目的:把好食盐加碘质量关,保证碘盐监测数据的准确性。方法:采用平均值—标准差控制图控制实验过程。结果:通过对控制图异常现象的识别与判断,可以及时发现实验过程出现的问题,并尽快得到解决。结论:建立实验室内部质量控制,可以很好的保证食盐加碘质量。
Objective： control the quality of iodized salt, ensure the accuracy of monitoring iodized salt date. Method： this article adopted mean value-standard deviation control chart control the processes of experiment Result： the problem in experiment were found by recognizing and judging the abnormal phenomenon in control chart. Conclusion： establish the laboratory inner quality control, the quality of iodized salt was assured.
