目的:培养优秀的经销商,使跨国医疗贸易公司通过获得经销商洞察力来获取竞争优势的机遇。方法:文献研究与案例研究方法相结合。结果:经销商的评估、选择、沟通和激励对于医疗贸易公司至关重要。结论:管理好经销商对跨国医疗贸易公司有着深远的意义。
Objective: Through cultivating excellent agents, to make the transnational medical commerce corporation take the chance of the competitive advantage by gaining perspective ability. Methods: Documents research and case research were used together. Results: It was very important for medical commerce corporations to evaluate, select, communicate and encourage agents.Conclusion:h has profound significance for transnational medical commerce corporation to manage agents successfully.
