摘要
目的:探讨复杂性眼内异物玻璃体切割术病人的临床整体护理方法。方法:选择眼外伤眼内异物行常规三切口闭合式玻璃体切除术后护理进行分析。护理方法为应用护理程序,对病人实施围手术期的整体护理。结果:24例病人均平稳度过围手术期,配合良好。术后视力不同程度提高或不变。术后发生玻璃体积血、眼内炎、视网膜脱离等并发症,经干预处理后均得到控制。结论:应用护理程序对病人实施整体护理,对保证手术疗效和预防术后并发症发生起重要作用。
Objective：To research the whole clinical nursing methods of inside eyes complicated abnormal vitrectomy patients. Methods： To analyze the selected ocular injuries＇ whole nursing program after the conventional three-incision closed vitrectomy operation for inside eyes complicated abnormal matter. Results： All the selected 24 patients passed the post-operation period stably and improved their eyesight in different level or kept. Vitrectomy bloodied,inside eyes inflamed and retinal detached and etc,which had happened in some patients all had been controlled by interfering handles. Conclusion： To pledge the operation＇s result and prevent complications after the operation, whole nursing plays a very important role.
