微波辐射废胶粉改性沥青的反应机理 被引量:10

摘要 采用微波辐射的方法对废胶粉表面进行活化,用高速剪切工艺在实验室制备了废胶粉改性沥青,基质沥青为泰州中海70#,废胶粉为80目,掺量为15%.利用电子扫描显微镜(SEM)形貌观测和溶胀试验研究了微波辐射废胶粉的活化机理.结果表明:辐射后的废胶粉表面蓬松呈絮状结构,有利于沥青中的轻质油分渗入到废胶粉内部,微波辐射后的废胶粉的溶胀程度较大,充分发挥其对沥青的改性作用.SEM分析得到微波辐射废胶粉改性沥青的网络结构更加均匀和致密,使其性能得到很大提高.差示扫描热量(DSC)分析表明,微波辐射废胶粉改性沥青的热稳定性得到明显改善. Microwave radiation was adopted to activate the surface of the crumb rubber powder. The crumb rubber modified asphalt (CRM) was made in laboratory by using a high-speed shearing process. The matrix asphalt was Taizhou ZhongHai 70^# and the crumb rubber powder has a content of 15% and diameter of 80 meshes. SEM and swelling tests were adopted to analyze the activate mechanism of microwave radiated crumb rubber powder. The results showed that after radiation, the surface of the crumb rubber powder became soft which was helpful for the light oil to go inside of the crumb rubber powder and to fully play its modifiation role. The result of SEM analysis showed that the network structure of microwave radiation CRM was more uniform and compact, which greatly improved the performance of modified asphalt. The result of DSC analysis showed that the thermal stability of microwave radiation CRM was markedly improved.
