摘要
运用问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法等研究方法,对安徽省省级体育传统项目学校的教练员队伍现状进行调查分析,并就存在的问题提出了符合我省省级体育传统项目学校教练员队伍管理实际的相应对策。
Through ways such as questionnaire investigation, interviewing, statistics, we have a research and analysis for present situation about couches of Anhui provincial level traditional school sports. According to the investigation result, we also propose corresponding solutions to exsiting problems which is appropriate for present situation of the couches administration facts in our province.
