摘要
本文应用扫描电镜、图像分析仪系统,对国内某电厂防水蚀镀Cr叶片的镀Cr层微观形貌及水蚀痕迹,进行了详细的观察、测量和分析,找出水蚀的起源,并推断出其水蚀失效的机理,从而对镀Cr叶片的水蚀及其发展情况作出了新的解释。
Micro-observation and analysis of erosion tracks and chrome layers of chrome plated blades in a Chinese power plant by means of a scanning electronic microscope and graphic analyser ate presented with an inferred erosion mechanism.
