摘要
论述了加强汽轮机开发设计质量管理的重要性和必要性;结合汽轮机生产的特点,合理地进行开发设计的阶段划分,并明确其质量职能;对组织设计评审、落实质量特性重要性分级等主要质量职能活动作了介绍;并探讨了汽轮机开发设计质量职能有效性的主要标志。
The importance and necessity of quality control in the development and design stage of steam turbines turbines are discussed. In association with the distinctive features of steam turbine manufacture, the different stages of development and design are reasonably partitioned, each alloted with it's specific function concerning quality warranty. Main activities, such as organizing of design review, fixing of quality priority, etc., are presented. Main evidences of effective quality control during design are discussed.
