摘要
总结了70例曾有暴力行为的精神病住院患者的护理。认为要加强患者的精神症状的护理,帮助恢复自知力,树立治疗信心;端正医务人员与家属的态度;谨慎采取强制手段;加强安全宣教,重视对患者的健康指导和家属的参与。通过针对性护理,本组患者在住院期间,仅有6例出现暴力行为。
The authors summarized the nursing of psychotic patients who had violence behavior before being hospitalized. They argued that it was important to enhance the nursing for symptoms of mental disease, help to resume the self-knowing ability, establish confidence on treatment, correct the attitude towards patients, take the compulsive measures carefully, enhance the health education and attach an importance to guidances for patients and their families＇ participating. By pertinent nursing, only 6 psychotic patients in the group were found to have violence behavior.
