摘要
本文介绍了采用自组织映射SOM（SelfOrganizingMap）神经网络方法对皮革纹理进行分类的原理和算法，给出了具体的设计方法和实际分类结果。对分类结果进行了讨论，并得出基于自组织种经网络的皮革纹理分类效果与人工分类效果相当的结论。
This paper introduced the principle and algorithm of using SOM (Self Organizing Map) neuralnetwork to classify leather vein. The specific design and classified results were given. Theclassified results showed that this kind of classification had the same effects with that come frompeople.
