摘要
目的分析新生儿窒息的产科因素。方法对112例新生儿窒息的产科资料进行回顾性分析。结果脐带因素、胎儿宫内窘迫、妊娠时限异常、高危妊娠是新生儿窒息的主要原因。结论加强孕期保健及产时监护,积极治疗妊娠合并症和并发症,正确选择分娩方式,提高产科技术,可避免或减少新生儿窒息的发生。
Objective： To investigate the obstetric factors of the newborn. Methods： Retrospectively analyze the obstetric materials of 112 eases newborn asphyxia.Results： Umbilical cord factor,fetal distress,abnormal pregnancy time and high risk pregnancy are the major factors.Conclusion： It will avoid and reduce the newborn asphyxia rate to strengthen prenaney health care and labor monitoring ,correct the complications and improve the obstetric techmique.
