摘要
结合马钢点火风机和预热风机消声器的研制论述了高温风机配用消声器应采用的型式，分析了高温对风机噪声级的影响和对消声结构消声特性的影响，计算了消声器内温度场分布并通过试验与分析对消声器各部分材料作了优选。探索了高温风机配用消声器的研究与设计方法。
The mufflers used for fans with high temperature are studied combing with two examples.The muffler types,the influence of high temperature on fan noise and on the attenuation characteristics of mufflers and the material selection of the mufflers are studied respectively.As a result,the series of the mufflers used for high temperature fans are developed.
