摘要
采用叶片冲洗液培养法和消毒叶片研磨液培养法,从郑州郊区温室及露地黄瓜叶片上分离得到45株放线菌。采用室内平板对峙法测定了各菌株对黄瓜灰霉病菌的抑菌作用,初筛出抑菌效果明显的S32,S10等6株放线菌,并测定了其发酵滤液的抑菌效果,结果表明:S32,S10和S23的发酵滤液对黄瓜灰霉病菌菌丝生长有明显抑制作用,其中S23稀释10倍的发酵滤液抑菌效果优于50%速克灵1000倍液。
Forty-five strains of phyllosphere actinomycetes were isolated from phyllosphere of cucumber in the fields and greenhouses at suburb of Zhengzhou with methods of “plating of leaf washings” and “plating of diluted leachates from sterilized, grinded leaves”. The results of dual culture on PDA plate in vitro showed that 6 strains of actinomycetes,including S32 and S10, were capable of strong antagonism against Botrytis cinerea Pers. The culture filtrate of S32 ,S10 and S23 had obvious inhibitory effects on the myce- lial growth of Botrytis cinerea Pers. The inhibitory effect of the diluted culture filtrate of S23 with 10 times dilution was better than that of 50% Procymidone of 1000 times dilution.
