环境激素除草剂阿特拉津对家蚕生长发育的影响 被引量:9

摘要 阿特拉津(AT)是一种具有环境激素(EH)影响的除草剂。为探讨EH对鳞翅目昆虫生态和养蚕生产的影响,用添加AT的人工饲料饲养家蚕,调查了对家蚕生长发育的影响。结果显示:AT对家蚕的生长发育速度、眠蚕体重有严重的影响。高浓度的AT对家蚕正常的吐丝结茧生理功能和行为有危害作用,AT对家蚕孵化后72、96、120h的LC50分别为0.348、0.326、0.234mmol/kg。AT在蚕体内有一定积累作用。
