摘要
基于前期对改性三聚氰胺-甲醛树脂(MF)的研究成果,以改性MF为胶黏剂,选取热压温度、单位压力和时间为试验因素,研究竹帘胶合板制造工艺。结果表明,在本研究范围内,当热压温度为140℃,单位压力为2.6 MPa,时间为70 s/mm时,竹帘胶合板的力学性能最佳,可达到JG/T 156-2004标准中优等品的要求。
Based on the results from a previous study on modified Melamine-formaldehyde resin (MF), the author used the information to manufacture bamboo curtain plywood. The optimum technological parameters obtained were: 140℃ press temperature, 2. 6 MPa board pressure, and pressing time of 70 s/mm. Under these conditions, the mechanical properties of the plywood could meet the requirements of industrial standard, JG/T 156-2004.
