摘要
尽管在多元的社会中,美国教育的内容是多元的,但不变的是坚持德育,既强调个人价值又强调社会价值。在德育的架构上,高校是主渠道,延伸到社会,校内外资源互补。借鉴国外经验必将增强我国高校德育的效果。
It is Invariable that to Insist on virtuous teaching, and to emphasize Individual values also emphasize society＇s values, although in a pluralistic society with pluralistic education in United States. About structure of virtuous teaching, it is supplement each other that university is main approach and society is assist approach. It is necessity to make use of experience of abroad, as to strengthen effect in virtuous teaching of our country.
