摘要
为了判断混合胎垂体下丘脑黑质细胞能否作为一种理想的移植物,本文将脑垂体下丘脑黑质细胞进行混合培养(PHN),通过组织学检查与激素测定,与单纯胎垂体细胞培养(P)及胎垂体下丘脑细胞培养(PH)相比较。结果显示:在PHN组,不仅培养的细胞无明显变性,而且培养液中生长激素(GH)与泌乳素(PRL)浓度均可平衡在一定水平。提示在胎垂体下丘脑黑质细胞混合培养中,垂体细胞可保持良好的活性与功能。
To judge whether the mixed fetal pituitary hypothalamic nigral cells could be as an excellent graft or not, the authors cultured the fetal pituitary cells mixed with hypothalamic and nigral cells (group PHN), by investigating the histological changes and the secretive levels of hormones, and being compared with the only fetal pituitary cells culture (group P) and the fetal pituitary hypothalamic cells culture (group PH). The results showed that in the group PHN, not only the cultured cells did not degenerate significantly, but also the concentrations of GH and PRL in the medium could keep at certain levels. These indicate that in the culture of mixed fetal pituitary hyptothalamic nigral cells, the pituitary cells can well keep viable and functional.
