摘要
目的建立三焦点牵张的骨缺损模型,证实内置式三焦点牵张快速、成骨好的优点,为后续的进一步研究建立基础。方法按照国际牵张器标准自行设计加工的内置式三焦点牵张器,采用普通级实验用羊自身双侧下颌骨对照的方法。牵张固定期结束后处死取下颌骨样本,进行X线影像学和组织学检查。结果实验羊均存活。X线显示骨缺损处已被修复,组织学HE染色可见骨小梁按牵张方向排列,成骨细胞活跃。结论内置式三焦点牵张成骨的模型建立是适当可行的,可快速修复骨缺损,且成骨质量良好,这对于进一步的研究有重要的基础作用。
Objective To establish an efficient inlay tri-focus distraction osteogenesis (DO) model, and confirm this method is effective to build the foundation for the further study. Methods The study group designed the inlay tri-focus distractor and elaborated by international the standard, and used the bilateral mandibles self-comparison method on the ordinary experiment goat. After the consolidation period, the goats of bilateral mandibles were taken to undergo X-ray imageology and microanatomy detection. Result All of goats were survival. The X-ray showed that the defect had been recovered. The microanatomy demonstrated that there were bone trabecula structures, oste- oblasts in the defect. Conclusion The model of inlay tri-focus distraction osteogenesis is appropriate and feasible. This method can repair the bone defect quickly and excellent. The model is very important to the further study as a foundation.
