摘要
以雌二醇(E2)阴道栓剂为阳性对照,观察了雌三醇(E3)阴道栓剂对去卵巢大、小鼠阴道和子宫的作用。结果表明,E3阴道栓剂能使大、小鼠阴道上皮增生,表层细胞角化,同时可增加小鼠子宫重量,但作用较弱。
The effects of estriol vaginal suppository on vaginal mucomembrane and uterus in rats and mice were observed.The results indicated that vaginal administration of estriol caused a proliferation of vaginal epithelia,cornification of superficial cells in castrate rats and mice.At the same time,vaginal suppository of estriol increased humid weight of uterus in mice,but smaller influence than E 2 vaginal suppository.
