摘要
观察依那普利治疗100例无心力衰竭和慢性呼吸病史的高血压病和冠心病,结果发现依那普利诱发咳嗽的发生率达到19.0%,其中18例为干咳,轻度咳嗽17例,剧烈咳嗽2例,12例伴咽部刺激感。咳嗽与患者年龄、性别、用药剂量及病种关系不明显(P>0.05),唯与吸烟史关系密切。
Enalapril in the treatment of 100 patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease was ob-served.The result showed that the incidenced of cough induced by enalapril was 19.0%.Among them were 18 with dry cough,17 with slight cough,2 with severe cough,12 patients ticking sensation in the throat.The cough was only concerned with the history of smoking but not with age,sex dosage and kind of disease.
