摘要
报告3例鱼胆中毒并多器官衰竭,均有肝、肾衰竭,其中1例还有胃肠功能衰竭。经洗胃、透析、护肝和止血等措施治疗,3例均临床痊愈。强调透析是关键性治疗措施。
3 cases of fish gallbladder poisoning were studied.All of them showed multisystem organ failure including the liver and renal failure.One of them was also gastrointestinal failure.All of them were cured by the procedures that were gastric lavage,dialysis protection of liver,and management of hemorrhage.The article emphaizes the effect of dialysis on the cases of fish gallbladder poisoning.
