摘要
以博来霉素(国产名平阳霉素)1次气管内灌注造成大鼠急性肺损伤,观察当归注射液对其预防作用。结果表明:当归能显著减轻肺泡炎的程度(P<0.01),减少肺部炎症介质的分泌,抑制丙二醛的产生(P<0.001)。其机制可能为调节免疫、直接清除氧自由基及活血化瘀,改善微循环。
Our study shows that effects of angelica sinensis can prevent bleomycininduced acute injury in rats lungs.Angelica Sinensis can obviously reduce the alveolitis(P<0.01),decrerase the excretion of inflammatory factors,and inhibit production of malondialdehyde(P<0.001).Its effects may regulate immunity,clear free oxyradicals and ameliorated microcirculation.
