摘要
采用文献资料、问卷调查等研究方法,对沈阳体育学院开设沙滩排球课的可行性进行研究。结果表明,在校师生以及国内部分专家对此持支持、肯定的态度;必须通过教师进修、培训,修建人工沙排场地等措施和方法来满足教学需要;应该编写和使用适合沈体学生需要的沙排选修课教材。开设沙排课对于促进高校体育教学改革,丰富我院课程内容以及校园文化生活,培养学生终身体育锻炼习惯具有重要意义。
With the methods of questionnaire investigation and documentary review,the authors have conducted a study on whether it＇s practical to have beach-volleyball class in Shenyang Sport University.The results show that some domestic experts,teachers and students are standing by this proposal.And in order to meet the teaching reqirement,we need teachers who are well-trained through the advanced training course;we need beach-volleyball courts which are well-built and we need books which are suitable for our students to use for an optional course. Therefore,beach-volleyball applies to the importance for the sports teaching reform,for the enrichment of campus culture life and for the variation of curriculum,as well as for the cultivation of students＇life-long sports consciousness.
