摘要
目的探讨超声对肾上腺囊肿诊断与治疗的价值。方法回顾性分析9例经病理证实的肾上腺囊肿的临床资料。结果9例病例均为超声首先发现,5例提示为肾上腺囊肿,3例误诊为肾上极囊肿,1例提示为肾上腺区低回声包块。其中5例行超声引导下经皮穿刺治疗,4例行手术治疗。结论超声在肾上腺囊肿的诊断中占有重要的地位,对于单纯性的肾上腺囊肿,可在超声引导下经皮穿刺治疗。
Objective To ssess the value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis and cure in adrenalcyst and to improve the diagnosis of adrenalcyst. Methods Nine cases of adrenal cysts were reviewed and analyzed. Results The cases all detected firstly by ustrasound. The ustrasonic features were round like echo free area in 8 cases, and 1 case showed weak echoic poroma. Among of them, 5 cases were treated by ultrasound-guided pertaneous puncture and 4 cases were treated by operation. Conclusion Ultrasound is important in diagnosis the adrenalcyst. Simple adrenalcyst may bc treated by ultrasound guided puncture.
