摘要
本文作者通过对国内三个结渣较严重电站锅炉炉前煤及结渣沉积物的研究,分析了炉内结渣的形成与生长机制,并提出了降低结渣程度的设计与运行措施。研究过程中,采用了化学分析、比重分离、X衍射、光学显微镜及扫描电子显微等一些较为先进的测试手段。
Based on site investigation of coal and slagging deposits in three power boilers which were troubled by severe slagging, the author analyzes the slagging mechanism and proposes design and operation meliorating measures. Some advanced techniques such as the ciiamical analysis, gravitational segregation, X-ray diffraction, optical microscope ana electronic microscopic scanning, etc. were used.
