摘要
正在构建的社会主义和谐社会赋予了各级各类图书馆新的时代内涵,由此也决定了图书馆在和谐社会构建进程中的角色定位:科学发展与和谐发展的服务器;民主法治的推进器;社会公正与稳定的调解器;人的全面发展的加速器;社会活力的润滑器。因此,在构建社会主义和谐社会的进程中,我们必须高度重视图书馆建设。一是建立多元化经费筹措机制,增加图书馆事业资金投入;二是改革原有管理体制,加强图书馆机构网络建设;三是树立图书馆工作新观念,建设新型功能的图书馆;四是加快图书馆法规立法工作,实现图书馆建设与管理的法制化;五是构建和谐的图书馆管理文化,增强图书馆的创新能力和核心竞争力。
The new connotation of various libraries are endowed with socialistic harmonious society building, and so determined its part roles are the server of scientific and Harmonious development, the advancer of democratic and journal, the intercessor of social justness and stabilization, the accelerator of men all-around development and the lubricator of society vigor. It should be take enough attention of building library, the first is tO increase the finance devotion to form a invest approaches mechanism, the second is to strengthen building library agent-net and innovate dated management system, the third is to set new service idea of new pattern functional library, the fourth is expedite the legislation to carry out legal system of library building and developing, the f fifth is to build management culture of library and strengthen the ability of innovation and nuclear competition.
