摘要
目的了解消毒产品生产企业执行相关法规的情况,提高企业卫生监督管理水平。方法采用现场调查和抽样检查方法对江苏省消毒产品生产企业进行了调查。结果本次调查各种规模消毒产品生产企业237个,涉及消毒产品432个,企业卫生许可持证率100%。符合《消毒产品生产企业卫生规范》要求的占63.29%,以卫生用品的合格率最高占80.20%。产品标签、说明书完全符合《标签说明书管理规范》要求的占总合格率为35.19%。将2004-2006年调查的各项指标进行比较,以2005年合格率最高,各年合格率的变化与企业培训情况及监督管理力度等因素有关。结论江苏省消毒产品生产企业多数为中小型民营企业,其规模小、管理人员法律意识淡漠、掌握和执行法规不够,因而存在问题较多,某些项目合格率不高;因此需要加强培训和监督管理力度。
Objective To know the status of implementing the related regulations in the enterprises producing disinfection products in order to improve the sanitary supervision and administration level of enterprises.Methods On-the-spot investigation and sampling examination methods were used to carry out investigation on the enterprises producing disinfection products in Jiangsu Province.Results A total of 237 enterprises of various scales producing disinfection products were investigated.They produced 432 varieties of disinfection products and 100% of them had sanitary licence certificates.The enterprises fulfilling the requirements of ＂sanitary standard of enterprises producing disinfection products＂ accounted for 63.29% and the enterprises producing sanitary articles presented the highest eligible rate,accounting for 80.2%.The product lebels and descriptions fully fulfilling the requirements of ＂standard of administration of lebel and description＂ accounted for 35.19% of total eligible rate.Comparison of various indexes investigated in 2004-2006 showed that the eligible rate was highest in 2005 and the change of the eligible rate each year was related to the training condition and effort of supervision and administration of the enterprise.Conclusions Most of the enterprises producing disinfection products in Jiangsu Province are enterprises of middle and small-type run by local people.They are of small scale,the legal awareness of administration personnel is weak and the regulations are insufficiently mastered and implemented,so there are many problems and the eligible rates of some items are low.It is,therefore,necessary to strengthen the effort of training,supervision and administration.
