摘要
目的观察含溴消毒剂对游泳池水现场消毒效果。方法采用一次性投药方法,选择京津两地部分游泳池水进行现场消毒处理,现场抽样用微孔滤膜抽滤法进行了消毒效果检测。结果在模拟现场试验中,用有效溴1mg/L的含溴消毒剂,作用30min,可使水中大肠杆菌下降到符合国家标准要求。在现场游泳池水中投入有效溴1mg/L的含溴消毒剂,于投药1h后对游泳池水抽样检测,游泳池水中细菌总数为2-15cfu/ml,大肠菌群均≤3.0MPN/L。消毒后游泳池水中尿素残留量为1.03-1.08,浊度为0.5,pH值为7.33-7.41。结论含溴消毒剂对游泳池水中细菌具有良好的杀灭效果,消毒处理后的游泳池水均达到国家卫生标准。
Objective To observe the efficacy of bromine-containing disinfectant in on-the-spot disinfection of swimming pool water.Methods Some swimming pools in Beijing and Tianjin were selected for on-the-spot disinfection by adding disinfectant once.The disinfection efficacy was examined by on-the-spot sampling using microporous filtering film suction-filtration method.Results In simulated on-the-spot trial,the bromine-containing disinfectant containing available bromine 1 mg/L with a 30 min contact time could reduce Escherichia coli in water to fulfilling the national standard requirement.In on-the-spot trial,1 h after adding bromine-containing disinfectant containing available bromine 1 mg/L to the swimming pool water,examination of the water sample taken from the swimming pool found that the total bacterial count in the swimming pool water was 2-15 cfu/ml and the coligroup count was ≤3.0 MPN/L.The residual urea in the swimming pool water after disinfection was 1.03-1.08,the turbidity was 0.5 and pH value was 7.33-7.41.Conclusions The bromine-containing disinfectants have good efficacy in killing bacteria in swimming pool water.The swimming pool water after disinfection attains national sanitary standard.
