摘要
报告1例甲下裂片形出血。患者男,45岁。口服特比萘芬3周后于右手5个指甲(患甲真菌病4年)远端出现条形红褐色甲下出血,左手指甲及所有趾甲均正常。患者否认局部有外伤史及其他病史或用药史。在改服伊曲康唑3个月后,其中3个病甲恢复正常。诊断为甲下裂片形出血。
A 45-year-old male developed longitudinal reddish brown hemorrhages beneath distal parts of the 5 right finger nails simultaneously 3 weeks after consecutive administration of terbinafine for the treatment of onychomycosis of fingernails. All the left fingernails and toenails were normal. The patient denied any trauma to the nails, and had no history of taking drugs for other diseases. Three of the 5 fingernails with hemorrhage became normal 3 months after the shifting of the treatment to itraconazole.
