摘要
政府部门如何对市场化运营的污水处理厂进行有效监管,是一个亟待解决的难题。介绍了一个有别于传统的水质、水量在线监测系统,已经实际运行并取得良好效果的PLC人机界面远程浏览系统。依托该系统,政府监管部门可以直接通过互联网在线浏览污水处理厂主要设备的实际运行状况,突破了政府监管受人力、物力资源限制的瓶颈,使监管水平得以提高。
It is a difficult problem needing immediate solution for the government to supervise market-operated wastewater treatment plant effectively. The PLC human-machine interface remote browsing system which is much different from traditional monitoring systems for water quality and water flow was introduced. The practical operation shows that it is effective. Supported by this system, supervision departments of the government are able to browse the actual conditions of key equipment of wastewater plants through Internet, which solves bottleneck problem of the government supervision limited by labour and material resources, and raises the management level.
