摘要 IEC6185变电站通信网络和系统,是针对电力系统变电站自动化提出的基于网络通信平台的国际通信标准。以电能质量监测装置为例,在详细分析IEC61850标准相关部分的基础上,根据IEC61850对建模的要求和电能质量信息的特点,从功能的定义、分解以及功能的分配,设备和数据对象模型等方面入手,详细阐述了如何应用IEC61850标准相关部分所提出的建模理论完成对变电站内智能电子设备(IED)建模,并根据IEC61850配置语言的定义,通过XML格式语言对模型进行了描述。 IEC 61850 "communication networks and systems in substations" is the international standard for substation automation based on general communication platforms. Taking power quality monitoring as an example, it is expounded how to use the model provided by standard IEC61850 to build up object model of intelligent electronic devices (IED) from the aspects of functional definition, decomposition and allocation of application functions, object model of devices and data object definition according to the demands of building up models and the characteristics of power quality information based on analysis of the related parts of standard IEC61850. The model used XML performances is described according to the definition of IEC61850 configuration language.
