摘要
栲胶是一种传统的生物质化学品,目前市场需求逐渐萎缩,有必要开辟新的用途,扩大需求。笔者研究了杨梅栲胶磺甲基化改性制备水泥减水剂的工艺及其产物的分敞性能。结果显示,栲胶磺甲基化改性的较佳工艺条件为:磺化剂与栲胶质量比约为0.63,甲醛与栲胶质量比约为0.30,反应温度为90℃左右,反应时间约为3.5h,反应终时溶液pH为6.0~8.0。当减水剂在水泥中掺量均为0.5%时,栲胶经过磺甲基化改性后其混凝土减水率从7.1%增加到13.1%,磺甲基化栲胶的初凝和终凝时间较栲胶分别缩短了95min和520min,栲胶经过磺甲基化改性后对水泥的分散能力大大增强,而缓凝能力有所减弱。
In order to develop new use and enlarge demand for vegetable tannin, the technology for sulfomethylation of myrtan tannin(MT) to prepare cement water-reducing agent was studied,and the dispersion capacity of the product, sulfomethylated myrtan tannin(SMT),was determined. The results indicate that optimum conditions are as follows:the mass ratio of sulphonating agent to MT is about 0.63, the mass ratio of formaldehyde to MT is about 0. 30, the reaction temperature is about 90℃, the reaction time is about 3. 5 hours,and the final pH of the reaction medium is 6.0-8.0. Under the con- dition of dosage of water-reducing agent being 0. 5%, the water-reducing rate of the concrete added with SMT is
13.1% while that added with MT is 7. 1%,and initial and final setting time of the cement paste added with SMT are 95 minutes and 520 minutes shorter than that added with MT respectively, which shows the dispersion capacity to cement of sulfomethylated MT is enhanced,and its retardation capacity to cement is weakened.
