EFFECT OF BORON ON MICROSTRUCTURE AND PROPERTIES OF COPPER-BASE ALLOYS

摘要 研究了加硼铜合金的组织以及力学、腐蚀、腐蚀磨损和冲蚀性能。结果表明:硼能明显细化铜合金的组织,提高其强度、硬度,改善其耐蚀、耐腐蚀磨损及耐冲蚀能力;并确定棚在铜合金中的最佳含量范围。 The microstructure, mechanical properties, corrosion, corrosive wear and erosion resistance of boronchmodified copper-base alloys were investigated by tension, corrosion, corrosive wear and erosion tests.The results show that by adding trace amount of boron to copper-base alloys, the strength and hardness of alloys increase, the plasticity sliqhtly decreases; the corrosion, corrosive wear and erosion resistance of boron-modified copper base alloys were improved obviously. By analysing the effect of boron in copper-base alloy, the optimum content of boron was found.
