摘要
本文分别对动态及静态条件下橡胶O形圈的压缩永久变形进行了测试,利用扫描电镜观察了压缩永久变形前后0形圈表面的形貌,在此基础上讨论了压缩永久变形对橡胶材料O形圈密封性能的影响.
The compression set under static and dynamic condition is measured resperetively. The surface topography of O ring before and after permanent deformation is also studied by means of SEM. Influence of compression set on the seal-ing performance of rubber O-ring is further discussed.
