摘要
本文根据高负荷中增压柴油机的工作特点,在大量试验和科学分析基础上,合理的选用国产基础油和添加剂,分析了基础油和添加剂间的感受性及添加剂之间的配伍性.同时本文还考察国产CD级复合剂和美国EXXON公司生产的Paranox—390复合剂对国产基础油的感受性.利用计算机对全配方正交试验结果进行处理分析,最后得出20W/40高负荷中增压柴油机润滑油的优化配方.
Based on a lot of tests, domestic based oil and additives were chosen scientifically according to the working characteristics of heavy duty and supercharged diesel in this paper. The nyctinasK and compatibility between based oil and additives were analysed by a series of tests. Moreover, the nyctinasty ω based oil of compond additive (Paranox-390) produced by EXXON Co. in US and our CD-package was inspected by tests. Dealing with the datum of orthogonal tests by computer, the formulation of 20W/40 heavy duty and supercharged diesel oil was presented.
