摘要
本文介绍了一种新型抗磨添加剂——硼酸酸化Mannich碱,并用四球机对其减摩抗磨性能进行了考察.结果表明,该添加剂具有优良的减摩抗磨性,在冲压拉深油中与其他添加剂有很好的复合配伍性,能普遍提高原油品的最大无卡咬负荷和降低磨斑直径.
A new antiwear additive - borated Mannich base was introduced in the paper. Its friction - reducing and anti - wear performances were measured with four ball tester. Hie results show that it possesses good friction reducing and and -wear properties and exhibites a synergistic effect with other additives in deep drawing.
