摘要
以科学的发展观为指导,建立非公经济企业家代表人士的综合评价体系具有极其重要的意义。本文介绍了研究背景和研究的意义,从研究对象与研究方法、评价原则、评价内容与评价方法等几方面对非公经济企业家代表人士的综合评价体系进行了探讨。
It is of great significance to establish the comprehensive evaluation system of non - public economy enterpriser representatives, which meets the requirements of scientific development concept, can be easily operated and is suitable for spreading, by considering the talent planning in 11 th Five - year Plan period and overall situation of talent development strategy and characteristics of non - public economy high - level talents. The research back- ground and significance of research will be discussed in this article, in which the comprehensive evaluation system of non -public economy representatives is discussed from the aspects of research object, research method, evaluation principle, evaluation content and evaluation method, etc.
