摘要
文章通过对往复运动副动密封中油膜润滑与密封模型的剖析,建立起往复运动动密封中运动力学参数、材料性能参数及其相互之间内在的联系和规律。针对高水基流体动力系统的特殊性,探讨了在高水基流体动力系统往复运动副动密封中新的润滑手段与密封理论,并应用流变复合密封材料使这一问题得到成功地解决。
Based on the analysis of oil film lubrication and Sealing model of reciprocation motion, the inner relations and inherent laws between kinematical parameters, mechanical parameters and material property parameters are found out. New lubricating ways and sealing theroy of high water based fluid in hydraulic transmission systems are also studied and proved by the use of composite rheological sealing material.
