摘要
探讨地塞米松制剂局部涂布治疗糜烂型扁平苔藓的疗效。将46例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组23例。治疗组用地塞米松制剂局部涂布,连用3周;对照组给予地塞米松口服,3周为一疗程。结果表明:治疗组疗效优于对照组。说明地塞米松制剂局部涂布能有效治疗糜烂型扁平苔藓,延长复发期。
To evaluate the clinical effects of locally administrated hormonic agent in the treatment of erosive oral lichen planus, 46 erosive oral lichen planus patients were divided into two groups （treatment group and control group） randomly, each of which contained 23 patients. The treatment group had received local application of hormonic agent for 3 weeks. Control group was treated by oral administration of dexamethasone for 3 weeks. Treatment group showed a better clinic outcome when compared with control group. Local administration of dexamethasone agent is effective in treating erosive oral lichen planus and can prolong the recurrent cycle.
